Meet Our Owner
Natasha O. Richardson, M.S., is the founder and owner of Business and Notary Solutions, LLC.
She is a mother of two, living in the great State of Texas. She loves spending time with her kids and family, traveling ("ROAD TRIP!!"), yoga, sports, cooking, lattes, anything pumpkin flavored (Hello Fall!), and her business.
Natasha is a Certified Bookkeeping Professional, a traditional and online Notary Public commissioned in the State of Texas, an Apostille Agent, and a Certified Notary/Loan Signing Agent. She comes well-prepared for her role through extensive training, diverse professional experiences, and higher education.
Professionally, Natasha has received and completed:
- Certification as an Associate Digital Bookkeeper from the Digital Bookkeeper Association
- Certification as a Notary Signing Agent through the National Notary Association (NNA)
- Thorough background screening by the NNA, ensuring the highest standards of trustworthiness and competence
- Texas Notary Public Training Course by the American Association of Notaries

Natasha has also earned a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, making her well equipped to communicate effectively with her clients and other business owners.
Having previously worked as a Mental Health Therapist for a non-profit organization, a Child Custody Recommending Counselor for the Family Law Court, a Deputy Probation Officer, and a Probation Corrections Officer, Natasha has a deep understanding of integrity and professionalism.
